Personalised Caricature Place Cards
Caricature place cards are an original and bespoke way to organise your guests at weddings and special events. Each card features a hand-drawn individual or group caricature created from photographs, transforming standard seating arrangements into a unique and fun keepsake.

Frequent questions
What options are there for the caricatures?
There are three; in black stroke, with shadow in black and white, and full color. The cardstock can be cards of different sizes (din-A6, din-a5, din-a4…), simple, folded, or with a stand.
Do I have to collect photos of all the guests?
Yes, this is necessary so that I can draw everyone. Nowadays with social networks, this task is easier than you think. And if any of the guests do not have social networks, someone can always conspire to provide a photo.
How do I send you the photos of the guests?
In an online folder, in a cloud type Google drive or Dropbox. You will have to share this folder with me and that way I can work with the photos. In case of correcting a name, last-minute change, providing texts, etc., I will always have it updated.
How should the photos be organized?
The photos should be named with the name of the person to be drawn, clearly indicating who it is and who they are accompanied by in the drawing. The organization should clearly show who should be drawn alone, and who accompanied. For example; 001 Olivia, 001 Jack, 001 Mike, 002 Jeanette, 003 Victor, 003 Silvia…
Any system that helps with organization and facilitates access, for example in folders by tables, is welcome.
How much in advance should I have the photos uploaded?
The more time I have to work the better. As there are two processes that need preparation and execution time, it is better to start as soon as possible. For a wedding of 100 guests, the photos should be uploaded at least two months before the date to work without hurry.
How is payment made?
An advance payment of 25% of the total amount will be paid at the start of the contract, and once finished and screenshots of the work done are sent, the payment will be completed and the package will be sent with a tracking number to the buyer, or to the email address if it is only in digital format. The payment system will be via bank transfer, PayPal, Bizum, or cash.
How long does it take to arrive at my home?
They are shipped from Spain. Between 1 and two weeks, depending on the destination. There is also the option to send the PDF file with all the caricatures immediately and print them at the graphics company of your choice.
What do I do once the caricatures arrive?
You should take them to the venue where the event will be held and there, they should place them according to the seating plan.
